German Chamomile Oil(Matricaria chamomilla) also spelled Camomile is basically produced in Nepal and Himanchal region of India. We are offering 100% Pure Chamomile OIl , sometimes also called Blue Oil. Chamomile oil is the only oil that is of Blue color.

There are many Pharma, Cosmetic and Therapeutic uses of Chamomile Oil (German). Some of them are as follows:

1. Chamomile Essential Oil has that "deep water cooling and enveloping influence which soothes and relieves.
2. Chamomile OIl relieves nervous tensions, migraine and all kinds of stress related disturbances.
3. Chamomile Oil helps for burns or skin inflammation, traditional use suggests applying 1 or 2 drops of German Chamomile to the affected area.
4. A few drops may be added to a glass of water and taken internally for gastrointestinal upset. For nervous tension or mild shock, rub a few drops into the solar plexus.
5. Another area where German Chamomile can be of great help is the skin, as can Roman Chamomile - though the anti-inflammatory properties of the Blue variety are considered greater. The list is extensive: skin inflammations, acne, allergies, boils, burns, cuts, eczema, dermatitis, problems of the scalp, rashes, insect bites, infected wounds, skin impurities and more.

Due to the levels of the 'blue' chemicals, this oil MUST be kept to under 2% concentration or else it becomes a counter inflammatory - according to Dr's. Franchomme and Penoel - this may be an effect seen only in certain individuals. Others state it is safe under all circumstances. Test for sensitivity before extensive use.

Blends and Recipes: Chamomile essential oil blends well with: Bergamot, Geranium, Lavender, Lemon, Neroli, Rose, and Ylang-Ylang essential oils.Abdominal Cramp Massage Blend: Angelica essential oil 4 drops; 8 drops; 3 drops; Carrier oil (, for example) 1 ounce.
